720 ILCS 5/11-14

SEC. 11-14 PROSTITUTION
Any person who performs, offers or agrees to perform any act of sexual penetration (defined in sec. 12-12) for any money, property, token, object, or article or anything of value, or any touching or fondling of the sex organs of one person by another person for any money, property, token, object, or article or anything of value for the purpose of sexual gratification.

Class a misdemeanor. 3rd or subsequent violation of this Section, or # of convictions under secs. 11-15, 11-17, 11-18, 11-18.1, and 11-19 is a class 4 felony.

SEC. 11-14.1 SOLICITATION OF A SEXUAL ACT
Any person who offers a person not his or her spouse  any money, property, token, object, or article or anything of value to perform any act of sexual penetration (sec. 12-12) or any touching or fondling of the sex organs of one person by another person for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification

Class B misdemeanor. 3rd or subsequent violation of this Section, or # of convictions under secs. 11-15, 11-17, 11-18, 11-18.1, and 11-19 is a class 4 felony.
If violation within 1,000 feet of school-class 4 felony

SEC. 11-15 SOLICITING FOR A PROSTITUTE
1.    Any person who performs any of the following acts commits soliciting for a prostitute:
1.    solicits another for the purpose of prostitution; or
1.    arranges or offers to arrange a meeting of persons for the purpose of prostitution; or
2.    directs another to a place knowing such direction is for the purpose of prostitution

Class A misdemeanor. 3rd or subsequent violation of this Section, or # of convictions under secs. 11-15, 11-17, 11-18, 11-18.1, and 11-19 is a class 4 felony.
c) pd may impound the vehicle of person arrested, if vehicle was used in the omission of this offense.

720 ILCS 5/11-16

SEC. 11-16 PANDERING
1.    Any person who performs any of the following acts for any money, property, token, object, or article or anything of value commits pandering:
1.    Compels a person to become a prostitute; or
1.    Arranges or offers to arrange a situation in which a person may practice prostitution

b) Class 4 felony
c) Class 3 felony if violation within 1,000 feet of a school

SEC. 11-17 KEEPING A PLACE OF PROSTITUTION
1.    Any person who has or exercises control over the use of any place which could offer seclusion or shelter for the practice of prostitution who performs any of the following acts keeps a place of prostitution:
1.    knowingly grants or permits the use of such place for the purpose of prostitution; or
1.    grants or permits the use of such place under circumstances from which he could reasonably know that the place is used or is to be used for the purposes of prostitution; or
2.    permits the continued use of a place after becoming aware of facts or circumstances from which he should reasonably know that the place is being used for purposes of prostitution

b) Class A Misdemeanor. 2nd or subsequent violation of this Section, or # of convictions under secs. 11-14, 11-15, 11-18, 11-18.1, and 11-19 is a class 4 felony.

720 ILCS 5/11-18

SEC. 11-18 PATRONIZING A PROSTITUTE
1.    Any person who performs any of the following acts with a person not his or her spouse commits the offense of patronizing a prostitute:
1.    Engage in an act of sexual penetration (sec. 12-12)  with a prostitute; or
1.    Enters or remains in a place of prostitution with intent to engage in an act of sexual penetration (sec. 12-12)

b) Class A misdemeanor. 3rd or subsequent violation of this Section, or # of convictions under secs. 11-14, 11-15, 11-17, 11-18.1, and 11-19 is a class 4 felony.
c) violation of this section within 1,000 feet of a school is a class 4 felony.

5/11-19 PIMPING
a) Any person who receives any money, property, token, object, or article or anything of value from a prostitute, not for a  lawful consideration, knowing it was earned in whole or in part from the practice of prostitution,

b) Class A misdemeanor. 3rd or subsequent violation of this Section, or # of convictions under secs. 11-14, 11-15, 11-17, 11-18, 11-18.1, and 11-19 is a class 4 felony.
