“Porn 101: An Insider’s Introduction Into the World of Pornography” aims to cover a variety of general issues related to porn from a performer and content producer’s perspective. Drawing on, adult performer, David Law’s experience as both, he will address such issues what it’s like to be a performer and how to get into the biz, healthcare, federal §2257 requirements, creating your own website and producing your own content, legal issues, and resources available to those interested in adult entertainment. While often fun and sexy, this presentation will also shed light on some of the challenges and pitfalls that often leave those pursuing a career in the adult industry soured by their experiences.

About Presenter David Law –

David Law has been involved in the adult industry for about 6 years, both in-front and behind the camera. After graduating law school in 2003, his first job was managing an online adult entertainment company called xpix.com. From there, he went on to perform for such companies as Hustler/VCA, Rebel Motion Pictures, Wasteland, Libido Films and numerous other websites and upstarts. He has performed with such recognizable names as Hailey Young, Brianna Beach, Tyler Houston, India Summer, Sandy Simmers, and April Blossom amongst others. Additionally, he has written articles for adult news publication Xbiz, published in both their online and print magazines. Along with his partner, adult performer Morgana Moon, he is currently developing an adult website www.morganamoon.com. David Law resides in Chicago.
